Description of the Role

As an Automotive Cashier at Patriot Auto Group, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions in our dealership. You will be responsible for handling cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and transactions using the dealership's point of sale system
• Handle cash with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and concerns regarding payments
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area

• Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in using point of sale systems and cash handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
