The successful candidate for this position will possess the interest and ability to work on a team maintaining various different types of buildings and clinics within the OSU CHS system. This position will need to be Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. The qualified applicant will need a Proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair. This position will be responsible for plumbing work orders and drain maintenance. This position will work on a team that handles all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs for all the buildings and property in the OSU CHS system. This position will need to be proficient in organization and communication with knowledge of working in a university settings.
