Job Title: HVAC Journeyman
Pay: $20 - $35 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Tulsa, OK
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Journeyman to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. You will perform system inspections, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and collaborate with the installation team to meet project timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Install all types of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

· Perform system inspections and assessments to determine installation requirements.

· Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

· Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during the installation process.

· Accurately interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications.

· Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.

· Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

· Keep the work area clean and organized in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

· Required:

o OK Journeyman License

o EPA Certification

o Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

· Preferred:

o High school diploma or equivalent

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

o Working knowledge of smartphones, iPads, and other mobile devices

· Skills:

o Strong attention to safety and detail

o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

o Ability to work a flexible schedule

o Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
