Position: Payroll Coordinator

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $44,500 to $47,500/year (Depending on experience)

Experience:

• Accounting background; strong customer service skills.
• Paycom experience; strict adherence to confidentiality.

Education: Bachelor's degree or five years of Payroll experience; knowledge of tax and wage laws.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Review and manage daily timesheet information for errors and variances.
• Communicate with employees and supervisors to ensure timely approval of timesheets.
• Process biweekly, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain current employee data in the payroll system.
• Process Payroll Adjustment Forms and specialized pay schedules.
• Reconcile reports for each payroll cycle to ensure all updates are accurately reflected.
• Support the Payroll Supervisor in all aspects of payroll processing.
• Process and reissue returned ACH funds as needed.
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from staff, faculty, and student workers.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries as required.
