UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Director of Finance to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
FLSA Status: Full Time/Exempt

Purpose

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for oversight of all Finance & Accounting Operations. Activities include day-to-day functional oversight as well as audit and business processes. In addition, as a business partner to the Regional President and a member of the leadership team, this position will help set strategic direction including financial objectives & acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Financial closing process & preparation of Regional Financials
• Lender Compliance and Certifications
• Sales & Use Tax and Licensing
• Business analytics & Reporting presentations
• Audit and Process controls - implementation & monitoring
• Ensure adoption of Company policies and implementation of key control procedures
• FP&A partner with Regional leaders on consistent KPIs and other financial analysis
• Monthly/Quarterly performance reviews with Marketplaces
• General ledger accounting, A/P and A/R
• Acquisition integration
• Supervise, lead & motivate team
• Promotes an environment of integrity and responsibility in the workplace by creating a work environment where they “lead by example”.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance

• Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods
• Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
• Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs on occasion
