The Director of Operations is responsible for supervising, organizing, and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This individual will work closely with the CEO to assist in accomplishing the goals and objectives of the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS and MLS Technology, Inc. This position is responsible for managing the Member Services department and the implementation and coordination of various staff services and programs, along with developing, maintaining, and improving operational plans. The Director of Operations will report to and receive directions from the CEO.
