Role Overview

The Director of Operations at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown will oversee daily operations of the rooms and food & beverage departments, and contribute to the development of our operations leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational and financial aspects of the property
• Maintain brand standards and ensure team compliance
• Oversee all departments and promote policies of fairness and safety
• Ensure licensing, permits, and safety regulations are met
• Handle finance and accounting functions, including budgets and reporting
• Lead and develop departmental teams, fostering a positive work environment
• Enhance guest experience through professionalism and proactive service
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hotel leadership experience
• Previous Hilton experience preferred
• Passion for customer service and revenue growth
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team skills
• Friendly, energetic, and supportive attitude
