The ideal candidate will understand player dynamics and features that players seek. You will define the product roadmap, communicate it effectively, and advocate for the chosen strategies to various teams. The role involves supporting sales and development of product lines, reporting to the Senior Director, Specialty Products, and collaborating with the Global Product Management Team.

What You'll Do

  1. Drive content roadmaps and collaborate with creative studios.
  2. Develop strategy and roadmaps for the business line.
  3. Negotiate features and timelines with internal teams.
  4. Build requirements ensuring games meet strategic objectives.
  5. Research market trends with Insights teams.
  6. Conduct industry analysis to keep products competitive.
  7. Build relationships with platform, hardware, and sales teams to serve as a strategic partner.

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 5 years in product management, with experience in slots and gaming regulations preferred.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  3. Experience in content and portfolio planning from concept to execution.
  4. Strong analytical skills to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  5. Experience with game development specifications and strategic alignment.
  6. Ability to identify trends and respond to market changes.
  7. Engagement with sales teams to discuss market trends and responses.
  8. Build relationships with game designers, studio leads, BDEs, and customers.
  9. Problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure top content quality.

Additional Details

  • Travel up to 25% expected.
  • Salary range: $137,354 - $255,087/year, based on experience and other factors.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k).
