As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and staff by creating an environment of trust and rapport, and relate well to diverse groups.
- Maintain the physical center environment and ensure all health and safety standards comply with local and state licensing regulations.
- Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers through active sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
- Guide teachers by utilizing their passion for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum and engaging characters, making TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Deliver consistent business results, including family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations, managing accounts receivable/payable, monthly P&L, and payroll.
- Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual tours and organize community marketing events to increase awareness and enrollment.
Apply Now If You:
- Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred), with at least one year required.
- Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state-specific guidelines.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).
- Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Must meet all applicable background screening or licensing requirements for the role.
