With under 100 employees, we are in an exciting growth phase and are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR/Data Entry Coordinator to help streamline and support our hiring, onboarding, and employee support processes. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room to grow as the company continues to expand.

Position Overview:
The Human Resources / Data Entry Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR and Operations functions. This individual will assist with recruiting efforts, onboarding, employee record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Payroll processing and background checks are handled externally, allowing you to focus on process improvement, employee support, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting: post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately and confidentially.
  • Help administer company benefits programs by assisting with enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, and company events.
  • Ensure HR and employment compliance through documentation updates, audits, and training reminders.
  • Assist in coordinating the employee performance review process by tracking schedules and completions.
  • Help develop and update HR policies, the employee handbook, and standard operating procedures.
  • Organize HR metrics and reports (turnover rates, headcount data, etc.) for leadership review.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the HR and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with data entry and working with confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
