Job Summary

As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee daily food service operations for a K-12 school district, manage and lead a team, and be responsible for client relationships, profitability, and talent development. This role is for potential new business in Tulsa, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account.
2. Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
3. Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food for students.
4. Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the marketing and culinary teams.
5. Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Hospitality degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
