Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will represent Heartflow in a specific geographic region, selling and promoting our FFRct product, developing new accounts, and expanding usage in existing accounts. The TSM will help clinicians diagnose and treat coronary artery disease using our innovative technology.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales at new accounts through prospecting, quoting, and closing deals.
  2. Develop a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned region.
  3. Schedule and conduct sales calls with current and potential customers.
  4. Manage the sales process into new centers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, and Radiologists.
  6. Educate customers on Heartflow's value through presentations and discussions.
  7. Increase penetration within existing accounts by maintaining relationships and promoting Heartflow's technology.
  8. Achieve sales goals in the assigned region.
  9. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop strategies for Heartflow adoption.
  10. Coordinate activities with support teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  11. Gather customer feedback to guide product development and market strategy.
  12. Utilize Salesforce.com to manage sales activities.
  13. This is a home-based role with 30-50% travel.

Skills Needed

  • Proven sales success and achievement.
  • Experience selling in cardiology or radiology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies for diagnostic/therapeutic products.
  • Deep understanding of cardiovascular disease and regional practitioners.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with physician education and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and a track record of revenue growth.

Educational & Work Experience

  • BA Degree.
  • 10+ years in healthcare or B2B sales, specifically in medical devices and cardiovascular environment.

The role offers a base salary of $150,000 plus commission, with total target compensation of $300,000 and uncapped variable pay. Additional benefits include stock options and a comprehensive package.
