Position Summary:
The Director of Plant Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of NewView Oklahoma's manufacturing and operational functions, including production, quality, procurement, logistics, facility maintenance, and enterprise-wide ISO 9001 Quality Management. This leader ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while aligning day-to-day plant operations with the organization's long-term strategic goals. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Director of Plant Operations serves as a key contributor to NewView's mission to empower individuals who are blind or have low vision.
