Position: Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx
Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:
- Develop Market Insights and GTM/Commercialization strategies for DomaniRx.
- Create marketing plans and activities for specific products to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
- Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, collaborating with Product Strategy to perform market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
- Participate in sales support and client renewals, such as RFP responses and collateral preparation.
- Ensure external readiness of products and product enhancements, including detailed go-to-market and commercialization toolkits for Sales & Account Management Teams.
- Lead operational or functional responsibilities, collaborating with senior leaders to achieve strategic plans and objectives.
- Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge, specialized skills, and influence to solve complex issues.
- Participate in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success.
- Minimum requirements include a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

- Track record in healthcare technology product commercialization
- Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
- Experience with digital transformation
- PBM, Pharmacy experience
- Product Marketing expertise
- Brand awareness
