The General Manager Air Heat Exchanger will have the opportunity to drive the full P&L for the air heat exchanger product portfolio, with direct responsibilities for Sales, Quotation, HR, Finance, and potentially Engineering, along with functional responsibility for Product Management, Operations, and R&D.

This is an onsite position located in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities include:

1. Establish strategic direction, develop tactical plans, and drive the entire business and organization to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
2. Lead transformation towards new applications in the clean energy landscape and data center business needs, alongside further growth in established industries.
3. Lead, direct, and control activities to meet short and long-term financial and operational goals, including profitability, productivity, and market share, in alignment with Alfa Laval group strategy. The entity manages its own manufacturing, sales, R&D, and support functions.
4. Develop marketplace opportunities, oversee internal processes, follow-up on production, and provide employee leadership to achieve common goals.
5. Ensure a safe and engaged workforce and high customer satisfaction, in collaboration with BU, PG, and country leaders.
6. Represent the Air Hex agenda as a member of the BU WHE Management Team and drive specific key initiatives.
7. Oversee the overall business performance of the WHE Air Business (ACE & WSAC, Olmi Air).
8. Responsible for the Broken Arrow site, ensuring smooth operation in line with BU WHE strategies and US policies.

What you know:

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience across the full value chain.
• Strong background in change management, project management, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
