TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Mortgage Sales Manager to lead our mortgage lending sales team and grow production across purchase and refinance channels. This role combines leadership, strategy, and member-first service to drive success in our residential mortgage portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong coach, has deep knowledge of mortgage products and regulations, and thrives in a mission-driven environment.

Supervises: Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) team to achieve and exceed mortgage loan production goals while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee and support MLOs in the development and execution of individualized business plans that align with the credit union's strategic objectives.
• Drive business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and key stakeholders to expand mortgage lending opportunities.
• Act as a strategic partner in recommending updates to mortgage products, loan policies, and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage loan production pipelines, ensuring timely and effective processing, underwriting, and closing of mortgage loans.
• Identify and resolve issues related to loan structuring, quality, and member satisfaction, implementing solutions to optimize service delivery and business outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or other related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage lending experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or sales management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding mortgage sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, FHA/VA loan programs, and mortgage compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Must currently possess a valid NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator Identification (MLO) Number or be willing to obtain and maintain this credential within (timeframe) of starting this role
