Description:

This position serves as a change agent, providing leadership and direction for the Maintenance Department at The Bama Companies, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and supervises the Maintenance Department team members.

• Educational or relevant experience in maintenance

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a maintenance-related field and/or 5-7 years of related experience in food manufacturing
• First Class License for PSM Infrastructure division or ability to obtain within 6 months

Required Skills:

• Experience in high-speed food manufacturing emphasizing safety
• Technical skills in HVAC, Electrical/Electronics, PLC/Drives, Mechanical Systems, and Ammonia refrigeration
• Proven supervisory experience with team leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance programs (AIB, OSHA, EPA, PSM)
• Understanding of PSM compliance requirements
