Position Overview

The Area Director of Operations oversees daily operations of multiple communities, including resident care, sales, maintenance, activities, and dining. The role supports Regional Directors and Residence Directors through training, education, and strategic coaching.

Qualifications

• Reside in or willing to relocate to Oklahoma
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Minimum 3 years in an operations leadership role in Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, or similar (preferred but not required)
