Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Details:

Pay Range: $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus and Sign-on Bonus
