JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Enrollment for the PGS enrollment team will oversee PGS Enrollment Counselors, with a 50% supervisory role and 50% as an Enrollment Counselor. The position may be on-campus, remote, or hybrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Director of Enrollment Essential Functions:

• Hire, mentor, and lead the EC team.
• Partner with Program Directors to communicate academic programs and facilitate Information Sessions and Open Houses.
• Monitor EC time-off requests and leave.
• Conduct monthly team and individual meetings for accountability.
• Maintain enrollment reports and documents.
• Develop strategies with Operations and Marketing to meet enrollment goals.
• Report on EC conversion rates.
• Hold annual performance reviews.
• Collaborate on communication plans and templates.
• Attend leadership and director meetings.
• Monitor enrollment from a budgetary perspective and collaborate with senior leadership to meet revenue targets.
• Facilitate EC team meetings with Program Directors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Academic Affairs.

Enrollment Counselor Essential Functions:

• Apply recruiting methods to connect students with SNU, including follow-up via phone and email.
• Maintain information in Recruit CRM according to policies.
• Meet enrollment goals.
• Track progress with PGS Operations.
• Assist prospective students through transcript reviews and enrollment process.
• Adhere to university policies and federal guidelines.

• Minimum three years of related experience or training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in typing, spelling, and computer applications.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships and work independently.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Master's Degree in Leadership, Higher Education, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in adult Christian higher education.
• Experience with Ellucian CRM, Hubspot, SLATE CRM.

Supervision

Reports to VP of Academic Affairs; oversees Enrollment Counselors.
