Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, providing tailored advice, and delivering exceptional service.
• Generate business results by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients.
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive advice.
• Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure solutions align with clients' short, medium, and long-term goals through holistic planning.
• Adhere strictly to risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Requirements:

• Six+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; candidates without licenses considered but must obtain within 90 days.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Established community presence and network.
• Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
• Client-focused with relentless dedication to service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
• Proactive, initiative-taking, critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach.
• In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments like Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
