General Information:

The Human Resources function partners with the business to attract, develop, and retain the appropriate workforce to effectively implement business strategy. *** is establishing a Regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) within the area of Talent to deliver integrated talent services including employer branding and social media solutions.

Description:

We are seeking Talent Partners with relevant experience and background for our regional CoE HR Talent team.

As a Talent Partner, you will work with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals. You will have opportunities to engage in diverse areas of talent acquisition and management, handling tasks from identifying, attracting, assessing, retaining, and developing internal and external talent.

You will maintain close contact with candidates and line managers, and collaborate with Global Business Services, HR Business Partners, and colleagues from CoE, such as Sourcing Specialists. The position may require some travel.

Tasks:

  1. Deliver talent processes, focusing on recruitment and partnering with HR and business leaders to address talent challenges.
  2. Perform strategic activities related to integrated talent management.
  3. Act as an internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves.
  4. Search within external talent pools and internal *** talent pools to promote internal career development.
  5. Use data-driven insights to set realistic expectations with hiring managers about the labor market and recruiting process.
  6. Prepare candidate lists and initiate discussions with line managers.
  7. Ensure the quality of job postings and create shortlists.
  8. Handle candidate communication, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  9. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates, in accordance with local laws and practices.
  10. Partner effectively with GBS to coordinate candidate and hiring manager activities (job posting, scheduling, offer processing, etc.).
  11. Conclude the selection process with managers and candidates, including offer negotiations.
  12. Collaborate with HRBP/line managers to understand business needs.
  13. Recommend improvements to practices, processes, and policies to enhance the Talent function.
  14. Educate the business on Talent processes and functions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. For external hires: 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
  3. Experience with talent management/development programs, assessments, and feedback, or previous HRBP experience.
  4. Knowledge of the business environment, organizational structure, and strategic implications for talent processes.
  5. Interest in industry trends and their implications.
  6. Proven success with various recruiting strategies.
  7. Understanding of succession planning methodologies.
  8. Knowledge of local recruitment and employment legislation.
  9. Experience with CRM tools for sourcing and relationship management.
  10. Strong English skills, both written and oral; additional local language skills are a plus.
