The Human Resources function partners with the business to attract, develop, and retain the appropriate workforce to effectively implement business strategy. *** is establishing a Regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) within the area of Talent to deliver integrated talent services including employer branding and social media solutions.

Description:

We are seeking Talent Partners with relevant experience and background for our regional CoE HR Talent team.

As a Talent Partner, you will collaborate with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals. You will have opportunities to work in diverse areas of talent acquisition and management, handling tasks such as identifying, attracting, assessing, retaining, and advancing both internal and external talent.

You will maintain close contact with candidates and line managers, and collaborate with Global Business Services, HR Business Partners, and colleagues from CoE, such as Sourcing Specialists. The position may require some travel.

Tasks:

  1. Deliver talent processes, focusing on recruitment, and partner with HR leadership and business leaders to understand talent challenges.
  2. Perform strategic activities related to integrated talent management.
  3. Act as an internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves.
  4. Search within external and internal talent pools to ensure career and development opportunities.
  5. Use data-driven insights to meet hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting processes.
  6. Prepare lists of potential candidates and initiate discussions with line managers.
  7. Ensure quality of job postings and create shortlists.
  8. Manage candidate communication, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  9. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates in accordance with local laws and practices.
  10. Partner with GBS team to coordinate candidate and hiring manager interactions (posting jobs, scheduling, offers).
  11. Conclude selection processes with managers and candidates, including offer negotiations.
  12. Collaborate with HRBP and line managers to understand business needs.
  13. Recommend improvements to practices, processes, and policies.
  14. Educate the business on talent processes and functions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. 3-5 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including job briefs, sourcing, outreach, offers, and closing, especially for external hires.
  3. Experience with talent management/development programs, assessments, and feedback, or previous HRBP experience.
  4. Understanding of business environment, organizational structure, and strategic implications for talent processes.
  5. Knowledge of industry trends and labor market dynamics.
  6. Proven success with various recruiting strategies and techniques.
  7. Understanding of succession planning methodologies.
  8. Knowledge of local recruitment and employment legislation.
  9. Experience with CRM tools for sourcing and relationship management.
  10. Strong English skills; additional local language skills are a plus.
