Location: Tulsa, OK

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with a competitive salary based on education and/or experience, plus bonuses of $500 after 6 months and $1,000 after 1 year.

Days: Monday through Friday; some weekends

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary)

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of directly related work experience with a blood center
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean MVR with zero points and no moving violations in the past 3 years
• Public speaking and presentation experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership skills, including team building and coaching, to motivate individuals and groups
• Develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals based on needs assessment
• Create and manage the annual collections calendar to meet targets efficiently
• Implement recruitment strategies for mobile and donor center collections
• Ensure compliance and develop calendar guidelines
• Provide training, tools, and resources to account consultants and managers
• Lead staff development, training, goal setting, and skill enhancement
• Offer in-field observation, training, and leadership for recruitment staff
• Identify growth opportunities through account development and market segmentation
• Coordinate mobile collections with management and other departments for efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners
• Maintain brand integrity in recruitment efforts
• Responsibilities may evolve to meet business needs
