Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will architect, implement, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across various domains. Leveraging your expertise in Python programming, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure Cognitive Services, you will develop innovative AI-driven applications. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing GEN AI bots and integrating them into our AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI solutions that emphasize scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
2. AI Model Development: Develop and fine-tune advanced AI models using Python and deep learning frameworks. Utilize Generative AI techniques to create novel content and enhance user experiences.
3. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP solutions for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition. Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve state-of-the-art performance.
4. Azure Cognitive Services Integration: Integrate Azure Cognitive Services into AI solutions to harness capabilities such as speech recognition, language understanding, and computer vision. Develop GEN AI bots using Azure Bot Service.
5. GEN AI Bot Development: Design, develop, and deploy GEN AI bots and conversational agents. Implement dialogue management systems and integrate natural language understanding (NLU) and generation (NLG) capabilities.
6. Software Development: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into existing applications or develop new AI-driven products. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
7. Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy AI solutions to production environments utilizing containerization and cloud services. Implement monitoring and logging to track performance and proactively identify issues.
8. Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and empower other team members to leverage AI technologies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in AI research, development, and deployment, with a focus on Python, Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and other Generative AI techniques.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, including LLMs.
• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Bot Service for AI development.
• Bot Development: Hands-on experience in developing and deploying GEN AI bots and conversational agents.
• Development Methodologies: Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
