Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and customer service? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing finance team!
๐น About the Role:
As our AR Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the invoicing and collections process, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely cash flow. This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
๐ผ Responsibilities:
Generate and send accurate invoices to customers
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Follow up on overdue payments via email and phone
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date records of all AR transactions
Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams
โ Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
Solid understanding of AR principles and best practices
Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
