Join us to apply for the Donor Recruitment Director (Tulsa, OK) role at Our Blood Institute.

Location: Tulsa, OK

Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience, with a $500 bonus after 6 months and a $1,000 bonus after 1 year.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; some weekends. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary).

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of directly related experience with a blood center
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean MVR with no points or violations in the past 3 years
• Public speaking/presentation experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership, team building, and coaching skills to motivate staff and achieve goals
• Develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals based on needs assessments
• Build the annual collections calendar to meet targets while optimizing resources
• Implement recruitment strategies for mobile and donor center collections
• Ensure compliance and develop calendar guidelines
• Provide training, tools, and resources to account staff
• Lead staff development, goal setting, and skill enhancement in sales and marketing
• Offer in-field observation, training, and leadership for recruitment staff
• Identify growth opportunities through market segmentation and account development
• Collaborate across departments to ensure mobile collection efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners
• Maintain brand integrity in recruitment efforts
