As a Center Leader, You Will:
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion and creating an environment of trust and rapport.
- Ensure health and safety standards comply with licensing regulations.
- Maintain full staffing with high-performing teachers through sourcing, training, and engagement.
- Implement our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
- Achieve business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and operational excellence.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
- Engage prospective families via tours and community events to drive enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred; at least one year required.
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential, plus adherence to local guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of licensing rules and regulations.
- Must meet background screening and licensing requirements.
