Michael Page is working with a well-known local general contractor as they seek to hire a Project Manager to their team. The company has a Strong regional presence and specializes in ground up mixed use projects valued at $15mil+

Job Description

As an integral part of the management team, the project manager will lead all ground up construction processes for several commercial projects running concurrently, valued at 15mil+ per project. in Addition the Successful Project manager will be responsible for:

• Managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
• Serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
• Managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Construction Project Manager Must Have:

• MINIMUM 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
• a background building projects over $10 million in value
• communication skills, both written and verbal
• strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
• a Bachelor's Degree
