Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the staking and engineering teams
• Oversee design and implementation of electric system projects per RUS standards
• Manage training, planning, budgets, and joint-use agreements
• Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field preferred (experience may substitute)
• 35 years engineering experience with degree or 810 years without
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and staking software

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work schedule with field visits required
• Some lifting, outdoor work, and occasional after-hours response
• Travel within service area and occasional out-of-state training
