BFD Maintenance Supervisor
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Employment Type: Full Time
Description: This position is a change agent and will provide leadership and direction for the Maintenance Department , at the Bama Companies, Inc., in Tulsa Oklahoma. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and supervises the team members of the Maintenance Department.

Education/Certification Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in maintenance related field and/or 5 to 7 years of related experience with progressively more responsible duties within a food manufacturing plant
First Class License for PSM Infrastructure division or achieve license within 6 months of eligibility.
Required Skills:
Work experience in a high-speed food manufacturing facility that exhibits a priority for human and food safety
Capable maintenance technical skills in HVAC, Electrical/Electronics, PLC/Drives, Mechanical Systems, and Ammonia refrigeration to coach/mentor Maintenance Leads and Technicians.
Proven supervisory experience in leading or supervising a team with the ability to achieve the desired results through people
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance programs (AIB, OSHA, EPA, PSM etc.)
Knowledge of current PSM requirements and assist in maintaining compliance needs.
