The Operation Hope Prison Ministry Board of Directors is pleased to announce that they are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead Operation Hope into its next chapter. The Executive Director will be the chief strategic and operational leader, reporting to the Board of Directors and responsible for the overall success of our mission supporting current and formerly incarcerated individuals and their families, as well as empowering individuals impacted by the criminal justice system to reduce recidivism and foster equitable opportunities for successful reentry into society.

Key Responsibilities include: Mission Advancement. Financial Sustainability, Governance and Leadership, Operations, and Human Resources.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in nonprofit management, social work, public administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit management, criminal justice reform, or a related field.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead teams.
4. Experience in fundraising, including grant writing, major donor cultivation, and event planning.
5. Strong public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for the organization's mission.
6. Deep understanding of issues related to incarceration, reentry, and criminal justice reform:
7. Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, and funders.
8. Commitment to social justice, equity, and the empowerment of individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining adaptability and resilience.
10. Proficiency in nonprofit financial management, including budgeting and compliance.

Additional Requirements:
* Must be able to travel as needed for community engagement, fundraising, and advocacy efforts.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
* Background check required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
