Position Responsibilities
Studies and audits manufacturing and business processes to promote cost-effective use of money, materials, equipment and people. Ability to read and apply international standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 to business and manufacturing processes. Utilizes experience and training to understand the business and its environment Utilizes internal audit and corrective action programs to facilitate process change and improvement. Facilitates corrective action meetings with key stakeholders. Provide comprehensive facility tours and serve as company representative for customer audits. Works closely with Quality department to review trends, review root cause when negative trends are observed and facilitate correction and improvement. Models and analyze business process flows. Owns Management of Change program within the facility. Leads Management of Change meetings and ensures that risk is reviewed and change is effectively communicated to affected parties Proactively and effectively communicate potential problems, recommended solutions and progress. Communicate on the status of the business and its processes at periodic Management Review meetings.

Required Education and Skills
B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering 1-2 years of previous experience in Manufacturing. Superior skills in MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Must be proactive, personable, flexible, and eager to enhance knowledge and skills through on-going education and development. Must have ability to think and communicate ideas logically. Professional ability to apply education and knowledge of technical and statistical methods and techniques to sufficiently render original and ingenious advice, service or judgement involving analysis, recommendations, and development of division wide continuous improvement projects. Committed to high standards of integrity, including respect and value for individual team member's unique talents, skills, and individual qualities. Must be able to work independently, as well as in project team environment.
Typical Physical Demands:
Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per day on a regular basis. May require additional hours of work, as required. Requires full range of body motion to include: lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, and squatting.
