Position: Compensation Manager

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000

Location: Hybrid in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage the company's compensation philosophy and programs


• Lead and develop a high-performing team


• Monitor market trends for competitive opportunities


• Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations


• Oversee survey participation and analysis


• Develop communication for compensation plans


• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field


• 5-7+ years of direct compensation experience


• Experience leading a team in HR functions


• Proficient in compensation systems and tools


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred


• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred


• Experience with relaxed leadership style


• Ability to lead through organizational change

Other Information:

• Reports to the Director of Compensation


• Position includes five direct reports


• Short-term & long-term incentives available
