. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be part of the HR Leadership Team supporting various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Pay Range: $26hr | 6mo contract

What's the Job?

• Support HR partners with coordination and execution of annual HR processes including Performance Management Reviews and Employee Engagement Surveys.
• Assist HR partners with compensation-related tasks including special projects and annual merit reviews.
• Manage onboarding processes and provide administrative support to corporate teams.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business units to understand operating procedures and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with records retention and assist with HR system reporting and updates.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Visio is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR professional qualification is preferred.
