Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $50,000 to $65,000/year (Depending on experience)

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience planning in a manufacturing environment.

Education: Relevant degree or equivalent combination of experience/education.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Schedule and coordinate the manufacturing process to increase efficiency, minimize waste, and optimize resources.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate production schedules, raw materials, and labor requirements.
• Analyze forecasting data.
• Implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the workflow of the production hub or facility.
• Ensure the promptness and accuracy of the production process.
• Coordinate the production of one or more products.
• Work with managers and production employees to ensure the company meets its production goals on time and within budget.
• Ensure materials, machines, and workspaces are set up correctly, and assist with improving production efficiency.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with quality and engineering standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and project management software.
• Expertise with analytical tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move throughout the facility and lift up to 50 lbs.
