CATOOSA WELD SHOP SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED MATERIAL HANDLERJob Summary The Material Handler is responsible for supporting the production and distribution process by pulling orders from inventory, staging materials for manufacturing, and preparing finished products for shipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and meeting daily production goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Pull and verify production materials and supplies from inventoryStage materials for production lines and assist with inventory controlPrepare outgoing shipments by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, and securing products for deliveryPerform pre-shift equipment checks and operate forklifts safelyCommunicate with production teams to help meet operational targetsMaintain clean and organized work areas according to safety and quality standardsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of experience operating a forklift (sit-down or stand-up)Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic shop toolsAbility to follow instructions, retain procedures, and work with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and verbal communication skillsReliable team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detailPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisMust be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and reach overheadComfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include high noise levels, confined spaces, elevated work areas, or rotating shiftsPay: $18-22 hourly depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday 6am to 4:30pm, OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.Abundant Solutions 5151 S Mingo Rd Suite D Tulsa OK 74146 Send resumes to ...@abundantjobs.com
