With minimal supervision, the Senior Process Engineer will work with engineering, operations, and project management to develop and/or improve technical manufacturing solutions for new and existing programs and will assist in problem solving and optimization of part programs and manufacturing processes. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide technical input and engineering approval of requirements in support of new design or manufacturing process improvements including. Processing requirements (including chemical processing, chemical milling, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, surface enhancement and finishing)Review testing data including mechanical analysis, chemical analysis, thermal analysis, FTIR, etc. to provide inputs for process control / qualification / compliances. Work as part of an Integrated Project Team (IPT) for product and process development.
