Job Details

Scan medical records and perform quality assurance auditing within established guidelines. Perform scanning functions on documents while maintaining integrity of batch assembly and monitoring images for completeness and legibility. Ensure receipt of all inpatient, outpatient and/or emergency patient records. Perform verification and indexing of images for quality completeness and batch identification. Maintain and verify scanned image quality checks and scanning processes. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
