Job Description

The Credit Products Underwriter IV - Commercial is responsible for managing and developing a team of underwriters focused on underwriting complex financial transactions across various industries, including real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare, and SBA-backed credits. The role involves providing industry expertise, designing tailored solutions, and supporting a specific market of 10+ RMs and RM Managers. Responsibilities include decisioning loans, managing workflows, and engaging directly with clients and internal teams to deliver optimal financial solutions.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Managing and developing a team conducting complex credit analysis for various business endeavors.
  • Engaging in credit conversations, decisioning loans within authority, and communicating with Relationship Managers.
  • Preparing detailed commitment reports and providing client consultation.
  • Leading loan presentations and supporting decision-making processes with risk management teams.
Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of credit analysis/underwriting experience, or 20+ years of equivalent work experience.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Office environment with occasional travel.
