Process Development & Improvement. Develop and implement process design improvements, advanced control strategies, and troubleshooting solutions for continuous and batch production systems. Lead technology transfer, equipment selection, capacity expansion, and modernization projects. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Product Quality and Performance Optimization. Analyze plant performance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions that enhance yield, purity, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Observe operations to identify improvement opportunities, prepare technical reports, and recommend modifications.
