City Year Tulsa is seeking a skilled, entrepreneurial, and strategic Managing Director of Development to work closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, and Site and national development teams to lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies in Tulsa. The Managing Director of Development leads the implementation of the site's private revenue strategy raising significant contributions to our operating budget. This person leads the team that builds and engages the community of stakeholders from private sectors to help City Year Tulsa meet its long term impact goals. This position reports to the Executive Director, works closely with the Site Leadership and manages the Development team. This is a full-time position located in Tulsa, OK.

Position Summary:
The Managing Director of Development leads the strategy and implementation of City Year Tulsa's private revenue generation. Reporting to the executive director, this individual manages the Development team and works closely with site leadership to secure the necessary philanthropic resources to support and grow the organization's programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for engaging a wide community of stakeholders to meet City Year Tulsa's long-term impact goals and serves as a key member of the organization's Senior Leadership Team.
