This position is responsible for overseeing multiple functional areas within MyDay, The New Schools cloud-based HR and Finance systems powered by Workday. The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with central staff (e.g., HR, Provost Office) on Workday configuration, process testing, and related activities.

Reporting to the Director of the Workday Solutions Group (WSG), this role is part of the IT team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

1. Configuration: Test and modify configurations in HCM, Recruiting, & Performance; recommend improvements; serve as backup for WSG leads.
2. Business Process: Collaborate to optimize HR processes and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Testing: Develop project plans, oversee testing, and manage semi-annual release assessments.
4. Customer Support: Lead support for HCM, Recruiting, & Performance; handle tickets and user requests.
5. Integrations: Troubleshoot HR integrations; support system integration issues.
6. Security: Partner on user access issues; assist in testing security solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with Workday, including business processes and reporting.
• Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive Workday experience in large organizations, preferably in higher education.

Work Mode

Hybrid, with remote work and occasional on-campus presence as needed.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
