Job Details

Design and develop industrial control systems for complex automated equipment. Create panel layouts, power distribution schemes, and detailed control wiring diagrams. Program PLCs and HM - Is with a strong emphasis on Allen Bradley Control. Logix, Compact. Logix and Factory. Talk View Studio. Interface with RS - Linx, Kepware, and MES systems for seamless integration and data exchange. Program and maintain Fanuc robot logic. Configure and maintain Cognex and Keyence vision systems, area scanners and light curtains. Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers and Quality teams to implement error-proofing systems. Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Provide technical leadership to ensure OEM compliance with electrical and controls standards.
