As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in executing our brand strategy and promoting our vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding customer experience and maximize sales.

• Lead, coach, and mentor store crew members to build a strong and successful team.
• Maximize store sales by ensuring customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales during your shift.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels while ensuring kitchen equipment safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure that all company policies and practices are followed while maintaining a positive work environment.

Shift Details:

• Shift hours: 2:00 pm - Close
• Work Schedule: Rotating 3-week schedule, expected 45-hour work week

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
