Coordinate workflow and communication with all other departments to maintain efficient operations. Ensure all employees are safety compliant and following FGS/ NOV safety procedures at all times. Monitor shop floor personnel to ensure adherence to housekeeping standards and company policies. Maintain knowledge of equipment, processes, and specifications to ensure correct machine setup and product quality. Can run chopper gun or center carriage, obtain a proficient level of knowledge to support training and development of new employees through On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiatives. Drive the team to meet or exceed quality and production goals. Controls and checks the work performed by assigned personnel in the mandrel area to ensure the products produced meet or exceed quality standards, production goals, and promised customer dates.
