Our client, a leader in workplace services, is seeking a Workplace Services Support Specialist to join their team. As a Workplace Services Support Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18
What's the Job?
- Receive and deliver United States mail and packages, inter-company mail, and third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Operate mailing equipment including Folder & Inserter and Postage mailing systems.
- Process print and forms job requests via electronic, phone, or walk-up methods.
- Maintain proper stocking levels of print materials and supplies.
- Check for quality and accuracy of print jobs before delivery.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to learn technical print industry terminology and software.
