Job Description
Location: Tulsa, OK or Bentonville, AR (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $51,000 - $80,000
About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our collaborative team, contributing to the design and delivery of power and lighting systems for diverse projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in electrical design who thrive in a team-driven environment and are eager to grow their career.
Key Responsibilities
Develop electrical system drawings (lighting, power, distribution); perform calculations; ensure compliance with codes; collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers; support procurement and vendor evaluations; adhere to budgets, schedules, scope.
- Develop electrical system drawings for power distribution and lighting systems.
- Perform electrical calculations and ensure compliance with NEC, IBC, IECC, and other applicable codes.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors.
- Support procurement and vendor evaluations as needed.
- Contribute to project delivery by adhering to budget, scope, and schedule requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of electrical design experience (AEC environment).
- Proficiency with Revit and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Experience in distribution, power, and lighting system design.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- PE license (or working toward licensure).
- Experience with AutoCAD and SKM PowerTools.
