As a Manufacturing Engineer II or Sr. for Greenheck Group you will optimize factory costs, quality, and customer service through the conception, development, and implementation of new or improved manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, material flow, plant layout, or product design. Responsible for mentoring and training other team members. What you'll be doing: Coordinate and implement moderate complexity training initiatives to support manufacturing. Identify, specify, and justify moderate complexity capital expenditures. Investigate, purchase, and implement tooling and equipment to support daily operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes and equipment. Recognize, recommend and validate design and process changes to improve manufacturability.
