Warehouse Associate - Stand-Up Forklift Operator (1st Shift - $19/hr)

Position Summary

The Warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to move, load, and stage materials throughout the facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, inventory movement, and general housekeeping. The position requires strict adherence to safety procedures and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Perform accurate material counts and update inventory locations.
• Follow all safety standards, equipment procedures, and warehouse protocols.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, and organizing materials.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support shipping and receiving as needed.

Requirements

• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must work well independently and with a team.

Screening Requirements (Strict)

• Clear drug screen (DS) for all substances.
